David Suddarth is a genealogical and family history researcher and educator from St. Paul, Minnesota.  He has fifteen years experience researching his own and others’ family history.

David currently serves as the 1st Vice President of the Minnesota Genealogical Society and is active in the Education Committee.  In addition, he is one of the instructors for the Minnesota Genealogical Society’s “Genealogy 101″ course.

He has completed the courses “Advanced Methodology and Evidence Analysis” and “Virginia: Her Records and Her Laws” at the Institute of Genealogy and Historical Research at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  In addition, he has membership in a number of genealogical societies and organizations, including various other state societies, the New England Historic Genealogical Society, the National Genealogical Society and the Association of Professional Genealogists.
